So much of our success is owed to the people who have supported us. On top of our incredible staff, it’s our customers that make up our backbone.
We believe in giving the very best customer service. On top of the initial contact and sale, we provide seven-days-a-week customer service care, and will even follow up with you and your machine every few months.
It’s through this emphasis on customer service that’s given us the ability to maintain some incredible relationships with those who own Urban Cultivators.
Our favorite part? Hearing back from those who matter most, of course. Selling the machine is one thing, but to hear great feedback on our product is the absolute best thing.
It’s incredible to see what sorts of things you are cooking with the herbs, vegetables, and microgreens you grew in your Urban Cultivator, or what types of plants you’ve tried to grow.
Check out some posts from our customers and see what awesome and delicious things they’re growing!
