The Perfect Salad is named that because it couldn’t be simpler or fresher. This recipe consists of a no fuss, three-ingredient dressing on a salad base that is innovative and delicious.
Prep Time:15 Minutes
For the Dressing
- 1 c Olive Oil
- 1 c Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 c Honey
For the Greens (about 6 cups worth)
- Mustard cress
For the Topping
- ¼ c Seven Grain Rice
- ¼ c Hazelnuts
- ¼ c Dried Cranberries
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Fresh Black Pepper and Sea Salt to Taste
- Add Dressing Ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix greens in a bowl.
- Top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with dressing to taste.
